It's pretty late at night, which is to say it is early in the morning.

So I was thinking tonight that studying what I study and reading what I read has led me to some conclusions. Now these are pretty weighty and not for the faint of heart. (By the way, what I studies today was Archetypal Symbols and what I've been reading is a historical fiction on King Arthur and Avalon and Morgan le Fey and all that Jazz).

So if you don't like deep meaningful conclusions you best go elsewhere.

You've been warned.

1. Ours is not to know. Ours is not to be able to say what is true and what is not, especially when dealing with the possibility of powers such as Gods and Goddesses. Ours is to question and to believe, not one or the other, but both.

2. We can NEVER truly understand the faith of another person, or make any one believe as we do. Everyone has their own sacred relaionship to the world.

3. What we take for granted as the best/more intelligent way of doing something (as in medicine, religion, education) can often be boiled down to arbitrary cultural constructs.

4. You must surround yourself with what you love. Live it. Breathe it. Only then will you know happiness.

There's more but it can wait. I think my clarity is fading.

Goodnight.
All my love,
Erica.
